According to the Kiplinger magazine's February 2010 annual ranking of the 100 Best Value public colleges, The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill took the top spot in the list, followed by the University of Florida and the University of Virginia. Ten colleges from New York are ranked among the 100 “best values in public college”.
